An epic team of #Rebels ran today’s Run Garioch in Inverurie. It is the unofficial start of the Rebel Run Calendar for us, as it usually marks the first running race of the year that we do en mass… followed swiftly by Run Balmoral and the Baker Hughes 10k!

Today didn’t disappoint with some beautiful sunshine and some awesome spectators for our #Rebel runners. We had a range across the 5k, 10k and half marathon routes and for some their first venture into the world of a half marathon. Living the #Rebeldream.

The #Rebel runners amongst us usually mix up bootcamp sessions with additional run time over the week – and recently you guys have set up Central (Duthie Park)  Run Club (Tuesday at 6pm) and Westburn Run Club (Monday at 6pm) to accompany the Westhill Run Club (Tuesday 6pm).

This is significant as at today’s Run Garioch, a number of you got PBs on the route! As trainers, we couldn’t be prouder – team, community, training together, finishing together and general #Rebelhighfives is really what Rebel PT is all about.

We think it is summed up pretty well by this feedback we got from one of our Rebel runners from today’s race: “..I got a PB at run Garioch today…really think that my improvement is largely down to Rebel and the Rebel Run club. It’s been awesome for me to end up in an environment where you are positively encouraged and helped to improve…” #RebelLife
