A Rebel PT high 5 is a massive part of our community and celebrating your success, no matter how big or small is an even bigger part of living the #Rebel dream.
With that in mind, welcome to ‘High 5 Tuesday’! This is where we acknowledge some of the achievements you all make, it doesn’t have to be fitness related or even Rebel related. We just want to give you guys a little shout out for being awesome! In our minds, there’s nothing better than getting a pat-on-the-back (Rebel high 5) for doing something a little out of your comfort zone and this is the essence of the Rebel PT high 5 Tuesdays.
