Our #RebelLife community is a place where our members motivate and support each other at each training session, but we appreciate that everyone is different and some of you may want more personal attention as you either start your journey to a healthy lifestyle or want to train for a specific goal or event.
Our team of fully certified Personal Trainers can take you through a one-on-one session or a small group (maximum 4-6 people) session.
One of the main drivers for personal training or small group training is the convenience of a time that suits you, whether it’s day sessions or evening sessions you are after, RebelPT Trainers will have something that suits you and your friends.
Personal training or small group training sessions will follow the same ethos as our bootcamp classes – outdoor sessions whatever the weather, using a combination of body weight exercises, circuits and some free weights.
