The #RebelLife team will be at the Aberdeen Lifestyle Show, a dedicated lifestyle zone at the Scottish Home Show, in the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre from 23rd to 25th September.
When thinking about taking #RebelLife on-the-road, we knew the only way would be a challenge… the pinnacle of #RebelLife, the summary of all our training and events… mud, running, cycling and burpess of course!
We have the mud covered as over 80 of us are taking part in the Banchory Beast Race on Saturday, 24th of September! For everything else, there’s a #RebelLife challenge opportunity.
What’s the challenge?
Kicking off on Monday, 19th September we want the #Rebel crew to cycle, run and “burpee” the distance between John ‘O Groats to Lands End. That’s 847 miles and 847 burpees. First and foremost, we’re a team, so this is a collective effort – that means all burpees from bootcamp classes will count towards the total, as well as any cycles or runs that a #Rebel does during the week and in a bootcamp session!
What to do next?
Make sure you are part of our Rebel PT strava group and log your running and cycling miles. Bootcamp running counts too as does the Beast Race!
We will have a turbo trainer and a bicycle in the Lifestyle zone next weekend, so volunteers, visiting #Rebels or even Home Show celebrities can help us clock up the distance on bike.
Burpees? Well with over 20 bootcamp sessions, across 7 parks in Aberdeen City and Shire; and running Monday to Saturday we are confident we have this covered…
Ready, steady, go!
The #RebelLife Home Show challenge kicks off on Monday, 19th September and runs until the show closes on Sunday, 25th September. Keep an eye on the Facebook page during the week for competitions and a chance to win free tickets to the show too.
