Sprint Training with Grant

Ever wanted to have a go at sprints along a track? This is the session for you! Grant will have a specific programme for you to do. All you need to do is rock up at the Sprint Track at Hazlehead. He will help you with your technique and push you to go your fastest. Sprinting is great training for getting race times down and you feel badass once you’ve completed your workout!
Also post sprint workout will most likely entail a coffee at the cafe!
