What is Aberdeen Rebel PT?
At Aberdeen Rebel, we run outdoor Bootcamp classes where you can socialise while exercising, make new friends, explore new adventures and learn to live a healthy lifestyle. The Bootcamp classes aren’t all we do to help you get fit. We have a weekly running club and a monthly wild morning swim and beach dip at Aberdeen Beach, alongside plenty of weekend adventures and events.

If you’re looking for Rebel fitness classes near you, you’ll find us in several different parks in Aberdeen for classes with a professional and supportive personal trainer in Aberdeen:
Duthie Park, Aberdeen City
Duthie Park is one of the main parks in Aberdeen and one of the prominent locations of our Aberdeen Bootcamp. It has plenty of parking and is a great space to run a Rebel session with lots of features to use, including; stairs, hills, benches and an 800m loop around the park.
Evening boot camp sessions run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5.30 pm. Our Friday class is on the move. We meet at the Rebel PT van and leave any valuables in there. Then we use different parts of the park to train in. All fitness levels are welcome!
The best place to park is the main car park off Riverside Drive. Follow the car park to the end almost as if you were to leave again along the big square pond. There will be a set of stairs taking you to the meeting point. We meet at the top of those steps.
Stonehaven, Mineralwell Park
In Stonehaven, you’ll find a group of Rebels raring to keep fit at our evening Bootcamps.
Rebel Stonehaven Bootcamp run on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6.30 pm, and Saturdays at 8.30 am
Parking is just off Cowie Place in between Baird Park and Mineralwell park. Walk across the bridge over the stream into Mineralwell Park, where you will see the Rebel PT sign set up.
Westburn Park, Aberdeen City
Westburn Park was the birthplace of Rebel PT - where all of the magic started with our Rebel PT Bootcamps.
Please join our sessions on Tuesday and Thursday: 5:30 pm & 6:20 pm and Saturday at 10.45 am.
You will find ample parking within the park at the Westburn Bowls Centre.
Westhill, Denman Park
Another of our more popular parks. We have multiple sessions running in Westhill:
- Mondays & Wednesdays at 5.30pm & 6.20pm
- Friday mornings at 9.15 am
- Saturday mornings at 9.15 am
There is plenty of parking across the road at the Westhill Shopping Centre car park. We recommend you park near the Costa coffee shop and walk down the stairs crossing the road into Denman Park.

There are so many gym alternatives in Aberdeen which allow you to get outside, explore and get active while having a lot of fun.

- Check out the many scenic trails along the River Dee or explore local hills like Bennachie, Clachnaben and Scolty Hill.
- Go for a breezy dip, SUP boarding, surfing or a wild swim off Aberdeen Beach. There are so many coastlines and rivers to explore in the North East.
- Take your bike for a spin along the Deeside Way, which can take you from Aberdeen City to Ballater. A path dedicated to walkers, runners and cyclists. Taking you along some breathtaking spots with café’s and coffee stops along the way.
